Supreme Penne

Way of doing:
In a saucepan, heat the oil and melt the margarine. Add the onion and garlic, then add the sausage and cook. Add the chopped tomatoes to the broth, add the black pepper and let it simmer gently until it thickens slightly. Finally, add the broccoli, carrot and mozzarella. Spread over the pasta and serve next.
Ingredients:
250 g of cooked penne al dente;
1 tablespoon olive oil;
1 tablespoon margarine;
1 purple onion;
2 garlic cloves minced;
1 cup of broccoli flowers;
1 cup cooked carrot cut into slices;
1 cup of buffalo mozzarella;
2 sliced, skinless Calabrian sausages;
1 can of peeled tomato;
Freshly ground black pepper;
